Sorry I wasn’t there when you got back online last night. Sam went to the grocery store and forgot his debit card so I had to run it up there and then we went to bed. We were very tired because we had a house full of guys stay with us the night before and they kept us up past midnight. Three of them were in a 100-mile bike ride and one of them showed up at 3:00 pm but the other two–including our son Sammy, did not contact us until 6:00 pm, and I worried, which I know I shouldn’t, but I did.
As it turned out the other guy, Merrit, had an encounter with a car and got hurt, but they made it back. As Sammy said, it was not pretty! I was proud of Sammy for sticking with his buddy.
